Refund Policy

If we cannot deliver your order, you get a full refund in the same coin you paid with.

• Your price is locked for 30 minutes after you create the order.
• If an order cannot be delivered (for example, the character name does not exist), we message you in Telegram or Discord first.
• If you change your mind before delivery starts, write to us and we refund the payment.
• After delivery, currency cannot be returned — please check the server and character name before paying.
• Blockchain network fees are not refundable.
